Educational/Entertainment information is provided to help users safely cope with their own legal needs. But legal information is not the same as legal advice. The application of law varies with an individual’s specific circumstances. The laws of Ireland are in constant change, and although we go to great lengths to make sure our information is accurate and useful, we recommend you consult a lawyer if you want professional assurance that our educational information, and your interpretation of it, is appropriate to your particular situation. We do not offer legal, tax, or accounting advice and are not licensed to do so.

We are not legal eagles, solicitors or barristers, we know nothing of the law, we are just setting up this site because we are fighting back.

We too are suing the Banks for Unethical Lending, Harassment and Entrapment [the list is not exhaustible]. We too are fighting to save our homes from repossession, so you can understand when we say that we are self-taught and had to learn along the way. And still learning!

We do belong to a very powerful group who are taking back control of this country, bit by bit. BUT it starts with you!

We can’t guarantee the outcome, we can’t say you will save your house but the way we see it: we have to start somewhere = Fight Back.

So if this site does gel for you and you think it will help you going forward, step by step and at your own pace, then please use the index link at the side of this page to start your journey and take back control of your life.

If you use our site and it does not save your house, remember “we never stated it would” we are just fighting back and giving everyone a fair shot.

We will always do our best to share the information we obtain along our own path, with the expectation that that knowledge will help you in your fight.

This site has been set up to highlight the fraudulent, dishonest and the pure negligence of the nature of the Irish Financial Banking System and offer solutions to those who may be experiencing financial hardship as a result of it.

The Irish Banks broke serious liquidity laws, over securitised and misrepresented the people of Ireland.

We aim to provide valuable resources and hope to offer a unique insight into dealing with debt, we will act honestly, lawfully and truthfully which does not follow the advice of Debt Councillor’s, Citizens Advice Bureaus or Financial Advisers.

The aim of The Hub-Ireland is to:

  • Help people with their court case because the system is weighted against them and the Litigant in Person.
  • Help people stay in their homes. To empower people, through self-help and our 100% support, to dispel the fear and fight for their EU and constitutionally protected homes.
  • We help people with all their replying paperwork, as needed.
  • We give them moral and as far as possible; emotional support.
  • We give people the information they need to fight their case in court.
  • Filling the gap as there is NO FREE legal support for people in contract difficulties with financial institutions.
  • Dispel the fear so people attend the Courts and act in their own cases.
  • Assist people with their court paperwork for free and for the public good.
  • Give people some peace of mind to be able to sleep at night: explaining the next few years in Court, what they can expect and the many outcomes that are possible.
  • Relieve the pressure people are under and their families.
  • Main Goal: To help people stay in their homes until there is a change in the system that is Ireland at present!

Byron and Adrienne Jenkins, started The Hub-Ireland back in 2013; from their our box room at home. We invited anyone that wanted to come to our house, for us to give support, compare paperwork and research what we can use against the bank in the court cases.

We have been in mortgage arrears ourselves since 2008 (and by no fault of our own, we did not wake up one day and say “to hell with the Mortgage”, the Banks changed our lives – not for the better) and we are still in our home with all the knowledge we have gained.

We are “passionate” about sharing our knowledge to keep people in their homes and to date we have helped and physically seen, face to face approximately 11,000 people and 99.9 % of these people are still in their homes.

The reason we do this “FREE OF CHARGE” is because, when we went into arrears in 2008 there was absolutely no one there for us. We were totally alone with no one or nowhere to turn to. Eventually, the light bulb came on and we started to self educate ourselves and realised that we have rights too. With our new found knowledge, we strongly felt we needed to pay this forward. We felt there had to be more “Byron and Adrienne’s” out there. So, we set about finding them. Hence why The Hub-Ireland facebook page was born 20th May 2013.

We are not interested in having a big bank balance that is not the reason why we set up The Hub-Ireland in the first place, this is not a part of our ethos and never will be. We just want enough to pay the rent and expenditures to keep going. Simple.
